What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for specific product or feature sets.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through to launch, ensuring measurable impact.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Define success metrics and partner with marketing and data science teams to measure performance.
• Conduct market, user, and competitive research to inform product priorities.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and lead cross-functional product squads.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA or Masters preferred.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Ability to independently drive alignment and influence decisions across the organization.
• Proficiency in data-driven development practices, including discovery frameworks and OKRs.
• Strong track record of shipping successful products in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
