What you will do

• Define the growth thesis and identify key opportunities for activation, conversion, and retention.
• Build and maintain frameworks for user routing to maximize enterprise value and product graduation.
• Orchestrate and align heads of product areas on growth frameworks and shared goals.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements.
• Partner with Credit and product leaders to optimize pricing structures and monetization across the portfolio.
• Develop the product-pipeline thesis to identify and build missing products within the ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Deep experience in consumer growth with a track record of moving business metrics.
• Proven ability to scale a product or growth function.
• Strong user empathy backed by research and data-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B experiments.
• Ability to influence and align senior cross-functional leaders.
