What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for dynamic planning capabilities, setting engineering priorities accordingly.
• Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development, QA, and UX teams.
• Design intuitive planning functionality and integrate AI capabilities, including predictive analytics and natural language interfaces.
• Analyze the competitive landscape for FP&A and EPM solutions to define differentiated requirements.
• Lead research and discovery in AI-driven planning automation, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Partner with the broader product team to ensure seamless integration between planning, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or consultant in enterprise software (preferably FP&A, CPM, or EPM domains).
• Deep domain knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, or predictive modeling into products.
• Ability to define UI concepts using wireframes and mockups for complex business applications.
• Proficiency with Jira, Claude, Figma, and Pendo within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must be based in North America and have experience working with U.S.-based customers.
