What you will do

• Personally own and ship one or more product lines end-to-end (problem → launch → iteration), not only through PMs.
• Define and execute the multi-phase product thesis for “Everyday Money,” including segments, sequencing, and retention/profitability impact.
• Build a roadmap grounded in how products interrelate and compound across the broader liquidity ecosystem.
• Lead the AI innovation lab for everyday money, turning agentic AI concepts into real consumer products.
• Make build-vs-buy and build-vs-partner decisions, working with external partners and financial institutions.
• Coach and manage two PMs, while staying hands-on in execution and raising the team’s bar.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work for the US, Americas, or Canada.
• Strong product strategy: define phased theses, decide what to build and in what order, and explain how pieces reinforce each other.
• P&L ownership: connect product decisions to profitability and economics of a product/business line.
• Fintech product experience and comfort with regulatory/compliance constraints in a regulated environment.
• Analytical rigor: use quantitative evidence and user insights to validate and refine the product thesis.
• People leadership: managed PMs, raised the bar, and developed talent while staying close to the product.
