What you will do

• Manage feature development from concept to production, including requirement engineering, feature specification, and change management.
• Develop functional and logical architectures, create interface definitions and signal lists.
• Define and execute design validation plans (DVP) and support SiL, HiL, and vehicle-level validation activities.
• Take component-level responsibility for selected systems and manage stakeholders for hardware and software delivery.
• Support the development of complete vehicle E/E architectures and network design based on function partitioning.
• Collaborate with Powertrain, Chassis, ADAS/AD, Body, Infotainment, and Safety teams.

Requirements

• Degree in electric/electronic, controls, mechatronics, automotive, mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in R&D or product development projects.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering, Vehicle E/E systems, and the automotive development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and automotive quality standards.
• Experience with ALM tools (Codebeamer, Polarion), SysML/MBSE tools (Cameo, PTC Modeler), or Vector Tools (CANoe, CANalyzer).
• English: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Python or C++.
• German language skills.
