What you will do

• Drive high-quality creative execution across digital experiences and brand initiatives.
• Design polished visual concepts for web, mobile, and emerging platforms, including layouts and typography.
• Translate brand strategies into scalable digital experiences balancing usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Develop creative concepts through mood boards, prototypes, and high-fidelity design explorations.
• Build interactive prototypes and motion studies using modern design tools.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design systems and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy, or studio environment.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and brand-led experience design.
• Deep expertise in visual and UI design across multiple platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience using AI-enabled design workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaborating across North American teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with luxury hospitality, travel, aviation, or premium consumer brands.
