What you will do

• Create and execute polished visual design concepts and campaigns aligned with client objectives and business outcomes.
• Design digital experiences for web, mobile, and emerging platforms, including visual systems and component libraries.
• Translate brand expressions into scalable user interfaces balancing creativity, usability, and performance.
• Develop interactive prototypes and motion studies using Figma to communicate design intent and UX behaviors.
• Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and mentor junior designers through constructive feedback and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a leading agency, consultancy, or studio designing advertisements and digital experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, art direction, and conceptual thinking.
• English: C1 level required for collaboration across North America and Europe.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and its AI-driven capabilities and plugins.
• Demonstrated experience using image generation and other creative AI tools in a professional workflow.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in the travel, tourism, luxury hospitality, or aviation sectors.
• Experience leading design-system governance across large, multi-brand organizations.
• Experience working with multicultural and distributed teams across different time zones.
