What you will do

• Design educational content, website materials, presentations, email campaigns, brochures, and sales assets.
• Optimize existing user interface designs and improve user engagement.
• Test interfaces for intuitiveness and user experience, then implement improvements.
• Create UX/UI prototypes for new product ideas.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related studies in graphic design or UX/UI.
• 2+ years of hands-on graphic or UX/UI design experience, ideally in EdTech.
• Experience with Figma, Framer, and Claude Design.
• Analytical, data-driven approach and ability to make independent decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including explaining complex processes to junior team members.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.
