What you will do
- Develop and ship agent capabilities used by national banks and servicers in production.
- Build evals and QA harnesses to identify failure modes and ensure reliable AI scaling.
- Integrate advanced voice and language models, focusing on latency, interruption handling, grounding, and tool use.
- Participate in real customer calls to learn about AI deployment from executives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal tooling.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++.
- Proven experience through personal projects, coursework, hackathons, or previous internships.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.
