What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Head of Operations and lead the Strategy & Planning team.
• Design and manage the Studio Business Group’s integrated operating cadence, including quarterly and annual business reviews.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from across studios and functions into actionable executive insights and KPI reporting.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple studios and SIE organizations.
• Develop strategic narratives, executive briefings, and decision materials for the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Connect strategic priorities to execution and ensure leadership focus on the organization's most critical choices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in business strategy, business operations, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high-performing strategy or planning team.
• Proven track record of directly advising C-suite or equivalent senior executives.
• Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and synthesize large volumes of complex information.
• Must be based in the US (as indicated by US-specific benefits like 401k and regional pay examples).
• Experience in gaming, technology, or entertainment product development is preferred.
