What you will do

• Serve as a strategic operating partner to the VP, Head of Operations and the Studio Business Group CEO.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Strategy & Planning team.
• Design and manage the integrated operating cadence, including business reviews, KPI reporting, and risk management.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analysis, recommendations, and decision agendas.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning studios, technology, and finance.
• Ensure alignment between Studio Business Group priorities and broader SIE planning rhythms.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in business strategy, operations, strategic planning, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing strategy or planning teams.
• Direct experience advising C-suite executives on complex enterprise-level decisions.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into clear executive insights.
• Must be based in the United States to align with US benefits and regional operating models.
• Experience in gaming, technology, or entertainment product development environments is preferred.
