Senior Director, Real Estate – Latin America & Caribbean

Location: US - Miami, FL; hybrid position requiring at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $179,300–$313,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Set and execute the corporate real estate strategy and regional portfolio plans across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Lead complex real estate transactions, negotiations, office buildouts, design, construction, and occupancy programs.
• Direct capital planning, financial forecasting, scenario modeling, operating budgets, and capital budgets.
• Provide market, geopolitical, regulatory, financial, and operational insights to senior leadership and investment committees.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, country managers, landlords, brokers, and external partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional real estate and facilities teams while driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience managing complex portfolios, transactions, and capital programs across LAC.
• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree; preferred qualifications include 15+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12+ years with an advanced degree.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large operating and capital budgets.
• Leadership experience with high-performing teams in matrixed, multicultural organizations.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and compliance across multiple markets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise with advanced analytics and digital real estate platforms.
• Professional certifications such as MCR, CFM, LEED AP, or WELL AP.
• Experience using emerging technologies, including AI, in real estate decision-making.
