Salary: $179,300 – $313,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Establish and execute long-term real estate strategy for the LAC region aligned with global frameworks and workforce planning.
• Lead regional portfolio planning, optimization, and scenario modeling to support growth and cost efficiency.
• Oversee all real estate transactions across LAC, including complex negotiations and significant financial commitments.
• Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of office buildouts, from design and construction to occupancy.
• Manage operating and capital budgets with strong fiscal stewardship and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional real estate and facilities teams in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 10+ years with an Advanced degree).
• 15+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience managing complex portfolios across LAC.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong financial acumen managing large operating and capital budgets.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams within matrixed, multicultural organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Miami, FL office.

• Professional certifications such as MCR, CFM, LEED AP, or WELL AP.
