Salary: $138,800 – $194,300 annually

What you will do

• Generate and execute acquisition strategies in coordination with business unit leaders.
• Source and screen acquisition targets, evaluating strategic and financial fit.
• Lead due diligence workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams from term sheet to close.
• Manage top-of-funnel business development, including lead sourcing and relationship building.
• Prepare investment recommendations and support long-range strategic planning.
• Manage post-acquisition integration and synergy realization tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in M&A, partnerships, or business development.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, transaction execution, and acquisition evaluation.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with persuasive communication skills.
• Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance, home services, or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.
