What you will do

• Own and execute the Real-Time Market Data investment program throughout all phases of the SDLC.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers working under the program.
• Act as the primary client-facing and stakeholder leader from the PMO.
• Create project plans cooperatively with engineering and product development stakeholders.
• Manage project and team budgets across capex and opex to support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Establish transparent, repeatable project management best practices for engineering and product resources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineers, senior stakeholders, and clients.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe certifications or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs involving real-time market data processing.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (prefer AWS) and intermediate knowledge of financially traded instruments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
