Manager 2, Software Engineer (Mailchimp -Product Development)

What you will do

• Lead the Identity team and oversee the design and implementation of identity solutions.
• Build high-performing engineering teams and empower engineers to deliver customer-driven software products.
• Shape product technology vision, roadmaps, and innovative solutions.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with program management, business analysis, and quality assurance partners.
• Drive broad initiatives spanning multiple teams and business units.
• Support scalable customer experiences and product innovation across Mailchimp and QuickBooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams delivering customer-driven products.
• 8–12 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience leading organizational change, empowering people, and cultivating product technology visions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate product vision and drive future roadmaps.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies.
• Passion for frontend development and building customer experiences, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
