Engineering Manager (Consumer Promotion Experience)

Salary: $193,800–$285,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Lead the Consumer Promotion Experience engineering team within the Ads and Promotions organization.
• Drive execution of the product roadmap and deliver scalable solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Partner with designers, product managers, sales partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders on team vision and product direction.
• Coach, delegate to, recruit, retain, and develop engineers across different disciplines.
• Set technical direction, maintain high engineering standards, and create alignment for execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience, including at least 2 years of management experience.
• Experience managing product engineering teams with backend and frontend engineers.
• Strong product sense and experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable products and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, gather business requirements, and guide an engineering team through a changing environment.
