Location: Remote in the United States or from our San Francisco, CA or New York, NY hubs.

Salary: $250,000–$350,000 USD annual base salary (SF/NY Hub)

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Design to build and execute a long-term roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and engineering teams to solve complex problems.
• Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers, including staff level engineers.
• Establish trust and accountability within and across teams.
• Help drive inclusive and diverse team and culture initiatives through hiring and programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager.
• Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps.
• Demonstrates rigorous thinking and effective decision-making in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with billing, SaaS monetization, and/or payments infrastructure.
