TL;DR

Associate, Capital Markets (Fintech): Optimizing and executing funding strategies and managing capital partner relationships with an accent on ABS facilities and financial modeling. Focus on automating Capital Markets data tapes, structuring live transactions, and evaluating the economic outcomes of new products.

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Relocation support to NYC or SF is available.

Salary: $104K – $192K + Equity

What you will do

• Support live transactions through modeling, structuring, internal memos, and lender communication.
• Evaluate the impact of various funding strategies within the context of broader corporate strategy.
• Engage cross-functionally on strategic initiatives including product expansion and bank/issuing partnerships.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse and ABS facilities.
• Own and maintain the suite of Capital Markets models and ensure the accuracy of data tapes.
• Identify and implement ways to automate and streamline processes for increased scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sell-side or buy-side ABS trading, securitization, asset financing, leveraged finance, or coverage banking (preferably FIG).
• Excellent financial modeling and quantitative data analytics skills.
• Comfortable working with and analyzing large data sets with high precision.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for relationship management.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
