What you will do

• Assist senior originators with business development and transactional activities across various sectors.
• Lead the preparation of pitch materials and coordinate multi-currency prichirify.global updates.
• Manage key transaction activities includhirify.global documentation, due diligence, and bookbuildhirify.global.
• Prepare internal underwrithirify.global requests and lead syndicate discussions.
• Oversee and review the work of junior team members while trainhirify.global new joiners.
• Analyze market opportunities ushirify.global Bloomberg and credit research to identify cross-sell potential.

Requirements

• Minimum of BA/BS in Business or related field.
• Active Series 79 and 63 licenses.
• Prior experience in the US Capital Markets industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounthirify.global, and international credit markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
