Manager, Corporate Finance (Fintech)

Location: New York City; hybrid work

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the corporate financial model and transition it from Excel to Python-based infrastructure.
• Build and maintain 3–6 month financial forecasts and improve forward-looking visibility.
• Automate financial reporting, commentary, data pulls, and other manual workflows.
• Partner with Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, Vendor Management, Data, Engineering, and People teams on planning and reporting.
• Use AI tooling such as Claude and Cursor to build scalable finance workflows.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on Python experience is required, including building models, scripts, or automated tools.
• Demonstrated experience building with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar is required.
• Background in financial planning, corporate finance, or an adjacent analytical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in finance, data, or an analytically intensive role.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, and People teams.
