Salary: Base $210,000 - $263,000/yr + 25% annual bonus + RSUs

What you will do

• Lead the credit organization and manage risk across a diverse lending portfolio, including Home Equity products.
• Set enterprise-wide strategy for originations, pricing, portfolio management, and collections to optimize outcomes for lenders and investors.
• Chair the Credit Committee and serve as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Develop and iterate on proprietary loan products, utilizing risk analysis to achieve perfect product/market fit.
• Drive automation efforts to compress the funnel from application to final approval, removing legacy industry inefficiencies.
• Act as the primary liaison to regulatory bodies (OCC, FRB, FDIC) and manage relationships with institutional investors.

Requirements

• 15–20+ years of experience in credit risk management and portfolio oversight.
• Extensive background in Mortgage and Home Equity credit risk, specifically LTV/CLTV management and valuation models.
• Proven success in agile, high-growth, or startup settings outside of traditional "Big Bank" environments.
• Ability to develop systematic secondary marketing groups and manage primary/secondary market inefficiencies.
• Advanced understanding of loss forecasting and the conceptualization of investment logic for automated decisioning.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the company will not sponsor work visas.
