What you will do

• Drive month-end reporting and forecasting, delivering accurate financial reports and variance analyses to guide strategic decisions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting for the credit card business, including revenue share, interchange fees, and interest income.
• Build and maintain sophisticated models to track Life-Time Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and overall unit economics.
• Monitor credit performance, specifically delinquency rates, net charge-offs (NCOs), and CECL provisioning.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support expense planning and evaluate new initiatives through scenario analysis.
• Design and automate dashboards to track and monitor key business metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to craft C-level narratives using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of balance sheet lending and consumer credit dynamics.
• Must be based in Jersey City, NJ
