What you will do

• Develop and implement credit risk strategies and policies to scale consumer lending and banking portfolios.
• Establish a credit policy framework to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, data engineering, and compliance to provide decision support.
• Utilize big data technology to mine transactional data and design new risk-adjusted policy proposals.
• Analyze portfolio performance at a granular level and conduct root-cause analysis to isolate key drivers.
• Mentor, coach, and develop risk analysts to elevate technical outcomes and drive creative ideas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data and risk, specifically within the consumer lending domain.
• Deep domain expertise in FinTech, Risk, and Financial services.
• Expertise in analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, and SQL environments.
• Experience working with BI tools including Tableau, QuickSight, and Databricks.
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven history of cross-functional leadership in large matrixed organizations.
