What you will do

• Collect, organize, analyze, and distribute large volumes of business and investment data.
• Manage and automate data processes across multiple sources while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Build and maintain KPI reports, policy notifications, interactive dashboards, and complex analyses for wealth management stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses covering product performance, customer and advisor criteria, compensation programs, sales, and assets under management.
• Present findings and recommendations to management based on research and business insights.
• Support business intelligence users and collaborate with operations, regional sales, compliance, asset management, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience in financial services or the broker-dealer industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in reporting or analytics.
• At least 1 year of experience with data workflow tools such as Alteryx, MicroStrategy, or Tableau Prep.
• Experience with Alteryx, Alteryx Server, Tableau, Microsoft Office, or related business intelligence platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, initiative, resilience, and sound business judgment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, business, economics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Five or more years of reporting or analytics experience.
• Three or more years of broker-dealer or financial services experience.
• At least one year of SQL and Python experience.
