Location: Must be based in the Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, or New York areas. Beginning in June 2027, employees within a 50-mile radius of the office are expected to work on-site three days per week.

What you will do

• Monitor, refine, and develop credit strategies for personal loan underwriting and loan amounts.
• Design and execute champion/challenger tests to inform future strategy improvements.
• Perform scenario analysis and financial impact sizing for new strategy test cases.
• Drive growth and improve web funnel conversion rates through cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Decision Science to define and develop credit models and analytical tools.
• Maintain risk and return targets for investors amidst changing economic conditions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in the financial industry, specifically in credit risk.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Excel.
• Strong ability to interpret data using research methodologies and statistical techniques.
• Must be local to the Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey, or New York areas.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in online lending, near-prime, or sub-prime credit.
• Previous experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
