What you will do

• Develop high-converting ad concepts, creative angles, hooks, and storylines for video and image campaigns.
• Research competitors, customer psychology, and market trends to identify creative opportunities.
• Manage three full-time video editors and one full-time image designer.
• Collaborate with media buyers and the growth team to launch creative tests and analyze performance.
• Own and optimize the creative pipeline to deliver high-performing assets consistently.

Requirements

• Strong creative vision and an understanding of attention, persuasion, and purchase behavior.
• Experience developing high-performing ad creatives for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands; fitness or fashion experience is a major advantage.
• Ability to take concepts from initial idea through polished, conversion-focused assets.
• Experience finding, briefing, and managing UGC creators.
• Data-driven, organized, independent, and able to manage multiple projects, creators, and deadlines.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
