What you will do
- Analyze creative performance data across all channels to identify trends and top performers.
- Formulate clear, testable hypotheses based on campaign analysis.
- Write concise, data-rich creative briefs for internal and external creative partners.
- Own the creative feedback loop, sharing systematic learnings with marketing and creative teams.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new creative trends, angles, and formats.
- Partner with paid social and search managers to provide insights that improve channel performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, media buying, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical ability to derive actionable insights from complex ad result spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker.
- Ability to translate complex data into a clear and persuasive narrative for stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
