What you will do

• Own creative strategy for the Rewarded/Earn apps vertical, developing testable concepts, briefs, and scripts.
• Produce 15-20 new concepts per week with multiple variations for the production team.
• Collaborate with UA Managers to analyze performance data (CTR, ROAS) and iterate on winning creatives.
• Provide creative direction and quality feedback to in-house producers and external contractors.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, Higgsfield, etc.) to accelerate scripting and asset iteration.
• Manage UGC and content creators to produce high-performing ad content.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy or UA-focused direction for consumer mobile apps.
• Proven track record of writing high-converting scripts for paid social/video ads at scale.
• AI-Native: proficient in using AI for concepting and production.
• Experience directing distributed production teams and managing freelance editors.
• Data-informed approach to prioritizing creative direction using metrics like CPI, CPA, and hook rate.
• Strong communication skills to translate brand vision into executable briefs.
