What you will do

• Produce end-to-end social and paid social creative, including short-form video, UGC, motion graphics, and static assets.
• Own organic presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including planning, publishing, and community management.
• Lead creative ideation and testing for paid social, analyzing metrics like CTR, hook rate, and hold rate.
• Manage the ambassador program, sourcing influencers and evaluating ROI per partner.
• Collaborate with the CMO and buying teams to align social content with business priorities and product launches.
• Utilize AI tools for ideation, scripting, and editing to accelerate production.

Requirements

• Hands-on ability to shoot and edit high-quality video and design static ads.
• Experience managing organic social for a consumer brand or retailer.
• Demonstrable experience with paid social creative that drove commercial results.
• Experience running ambassador or creator programs with accountability for output.
• Genuine knowledge of the swim, aquatics, or endurance sport world.
• Must be based in the US (as indicated by benefits and location).
