Quality Coordinator (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Investigate customer claims to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership and warehouse engineers to improve inbound and outbound flow quality.
• Support the RMA (returns) team with quality-related inquiries.
• Partner with the SQA engineer to elevate supplier quality standards.
• Perform regular quality audits of warehouse operational flows.
• Participate in Monthly Process Quality meetings.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with WMS (implementation, administration, or power-user level).
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Fluent English proficiency (internal company language).

Nice to have

• Certifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
