Compensation: $24.00/hour (plus $0.75/hour shift differential)

What you will do

• Lead and train employees to perform warehouse tasks safely and productively.
• Manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Implement Lean principles and 5-S methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor order quality and track production using hour-by-hour charts.
• Identify root causes of operational problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure warehouse security and maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Roseville, MN, USA
• 1-2 years of experience in materials coordination or warehousing.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ability to lift and lower weights up to 50 pounds and wear steel-toed footwear.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
