What you will do

• Perform daily maintenance across various trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds-keeping.
• Schedule and oversee external contractors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage procurement by obtaining competitive bids for projects and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to reduce equipment downtime.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices for accuracy, and manage inventory levels.
• Oversee building and grounds insurance claims.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of commercial building trades (drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
