What you will do

• Inspect and calibrate automated environmental controls, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and CO₂ scrubbers.
• Diagnose and fix malfunctions in commercial watering systems, injectors, pumps, and filtration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on boilers, backup generators, and heavy machinery like tractors and forklifts.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and execute safe repairs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and log all maintenance and repair activities.
• Adhere to strict OSHA and facility safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands-on mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, 3-phase electricity, and automated control software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with extreme temperatures.
• English fluency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must be able to pass a government background check.
