What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, including pumps, valves, generators, and compressors.
• Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctioning utility systems and replace worn components.
• Lay, fit, and repair pipes for water, wastewater, steam, or compressed air systems.
• Conduct general structural and HVAC maintenance.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including confined space entry, traffic control, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain detailed logs of completed work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be skilled in general maintenance tasks related to building and facility utility systems.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, plant operations, or a recognized mechanical trade (e.g., pipefitting, plumbing, or millwright work).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Fluent English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
• Must be able to pass a government background check.
