What you will do

• Lead multiple technology projects and workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, delivery roadmaps, and status reporting.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and business needs into actionable plans.
• Contribute to improving project management standards and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, technology project delivery, or product operations.
• Experience leading software development, automation, data, or enterprise solution initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or SharePoint.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, advertising, analytics, or AI-driven organizations.
• CAPM, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
