CRM Associate Manager

Salary: $81,900–$102,400 per year, depending on experience and San Francisco location.

What you will do

• Own CRM campaign strategy and execution across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Translate business priorities into CRM programs for promotions, launches, key retail moments, and TikTok Shop.
• Lead creative briefing, campaign testing, and performance optimization.
• Develop lifecycle initiatives that improve customer engagement and experience.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce to align CRM activity with commercial goals.
• Use customer data, timing, creative, and segmentation to improve revenue performance.

• Experience managing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Strong operational execution and strategic planning skills.
• Data-driven approach to campaign performance and optimization.
• Understanding of how creative, timing, and segmentation influence customer behavior.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce teams.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office Tuesday through Thursday.
