What you will do

• Research missing property data and utilize advanced tools to synthesize information for property loans.
• Deliver accurate service to high-tier clients while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and prioritize assigned inventory to ensure all daily deadlines are met.
• Participate in cross-training, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Tax Search domain.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant client-service experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex data issues.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to interpret diverse property documentation.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dallas, TX.
