What you will do

• Deliver technical support to clients via phone, live chat, and help ticket systems.
• Assist users in understanding and utilizing Appraisal & Tax Collection software packages.
• Conduct customer training and represent the company at trade shows and onsite client visits.
• Utilize SQL Server and Microsoft 365 to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Integrate AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) into daily workflows to accelerate research and documentation.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering to improve the quality of customer support and knowledge-base development.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Allen, Texas.
• Proficiency with SQL Server databases and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience providing technical support for software applications.
