Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year

What you will do

• Respond to inbound customer requests via online live chat, email, and phone.
• Coordinate and route inquiries to sales, security, insurance, and claims teams to ensure timely assistance.
• Educate brokers and policyholders on the use of the online quoting and cybersecurity platforms.
• Perform administrative insurance functions to support quoting, binding, and policy changes.
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement product improvements.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication in every interaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer support or a strong demonstrated desire to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for customer-facing environments.
• Resourcefulness and ability to operate in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Must be based in the United States.
