What you will do

• Develop and implement dual channel strategies with traditional distributors, wholesalers, and mail order pharmacies.
• Manage national relationships with trade account leadership to ensure market share and profitability.
• Negotiate trade contracts, pricing, and service levels across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to execute commercial strategies.
• Analyze sales and financial data to drive execution and identify revenue improvement opportunities.
• Provide input for the design of training materials for distributors to support product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of successful field sales experience.
• 5+ years of successful account management experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Deep understanding of the US medical product distribution process and reimbursement methodologies.
• Ability to travel via car and air up to 30% of the time.
