What you will do

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders.
• Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners.
• Manage a book of existing accounts to increase referral volume and provider satisfaction.
• Execute strategic territory plans to exceed growth and retention targets.
• Conduct in-office visits, presentations, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate account activity using HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare sales, physician liaison, or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory ~75% of the time.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (verified via E-Verify).
