What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to upsell and cross-sell relevant hirify.global products and services.
• Establish strong partnerships with key customer stakeholders and influencers in transplant centers and community nephrology accounts.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline, providing performance reports and ROI insights to regional leadership.
• Collaborate with internal Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Medical Affairs teams to address customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, and enterprise-level accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• Willingness to travel 50-75% or more, including frequent overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and analytical tools.
