What you will do

  • Strategically partner with the Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within the large account segment.
  • Drive account performance by monitoring registration volume, device inventory, customer satisfaction, and clinical effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and internal teams including billing, clinical operations, legal, and finance.
  • Train customers on hirify.global service tools such as ZioSuite and MyZio.
  • Conduct in-person account management initiatives and support Quarterly Business Review sessions.
  • Analyze performance trends and develop action plans to improve account efficiencies and workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (San Francisco, CA area).
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success supporting large/complex accounts.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
  • Willingness to travel 30% or higher depending on customer needs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
