What you will do
- Strategically partner with the Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within the large account segment.
- Drive account performance by monitoring registration volume, device inventory, customer satisfaction, and clinical effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and internal teams including billing, clinical operations, legal, and finance.
- Train customers on service tools such as ZioSuite and MyZio.
- Conduct in-person account management initiatives and support Quarterly Business Review sessions.
- Analyze performance trends and develop action plans to improve account efficiencies and workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (San Francisco, CA area).
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success supporting large/complex accounts.
- Proven experience in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
- Willingness to travel 30% or higher depending on customer needs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
