What you will do

• Collaborate with UX designers, visual designers, and developers to execute digital event experiences on okta.com.
• Craft thoughtful digital design solutions to drive user engagement and click-through rates.
• Concept, design, and prototype engaging, ground-breaking digital storytelling experiences.
• Drive innovation by sharing concepts through storyboards, prototypes, and animations.
• Ensure brand consistency and the highest quality of design across all digital projects.
• Partner with Brand, Event Marketing, and Production teams to launch innovative, brand-led experiences.

Requirements

• BA or BFA in Art/Design or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital art direction and design in a creative agency or client-side group.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Framer, and Google Suite.
• 3-5 years of experience using design systems to create innovative marketing websites.
• Proven ability to present design concepts and ideas to executives and leaders.
• Must be based in Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or tech industries.
• Previous experience working on digital event websites.
• Working knowledge of HTML.
