UI/UX Designer

Salary: GBP 52,000–60,000 per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, analyze insights, and apply usability testing to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, user flows, sitemaps, and navigation systems.
• Design consistent user interfaces, layouts, graphics, and iconography aligned with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to design systems and guidelines across products.
• Support implementation by communicating design rationale and clarifying requirements with development teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects and knowledge of interaction, information architecture, and visual design principles.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development principles.
• Fluent English required for daily communication.
