What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end user-centered design process from discovery to high-fidelity implementation.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to satisfy complex product requirements.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and design reviews to drive innovation and alignment.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability studies and product analytics.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other members of the design team.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to uphold design quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or product design.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, PAAS, and on-prem applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Figma Make, Zeplin, and AI-assisted design tools.
• Demonstrable systems thinking skills and mastery of design principles.
• Experience working with cross-functional, international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for data streaming, data engineering, or machine learning applications.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end javascript frameworks.
• Strong interest in AI-driven design workflows and experiments.
