UX Designer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to align designs with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and customer interviews to validate ideas and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product design experience on customer-facing web SaaS products.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Portfolio including at least one case study showcasing UI and UX abilities is required.
• Experience collaborating with PMs and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no H-1B sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with IT, developer-focused, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Knowledge of device management or endpoint security domains.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Exposure to design systems or component libraries.
