What you will do

• Provide functional subject matter expertise for core modules including General Ledger, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and eProcurement.
• Deliver tier-2/3 support and perform ongoing functional analysis to resolve complex system errors.
• Design, configure, and implement system modifications, patches, and integrations.
• Author SDLC artifacts, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Map workflows and optimize financial operations by implementing unused ERP features.
• Liaise between Finance, Supply Chain, and IT technical support teams to drive system enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or 2 additional years of professional experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of functional analysis experience with PeopleSoft Financials or a similar large-scale ERP.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and financial reporting workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-service orientation.

Nice to have

• Expertise in PeopleSoft Query, security administration, and Approval Framework workflows.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.X, Oracle PUM continuous delivery, and selective adoption models.
• Proficiency with nVision reporting.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or IIA CCBA/CBAP.
