Salary: $3,800–$4,200 monthly

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements and understand customer finance and procurement processes.
• Translate complex business needs into functional system configurations for AP Automation platforms.
• Advise customers on process improvements and automation opportunities following implementation best practices.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct training sessions, and manage Go-Live activities.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and Customer Success teams to maximize platform value.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience implementing ERP, Financial Systems, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay, or Spend Management processes.
• Experience working directly with customers during software implementation cycles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Professional-level English (customer-facing role) and must be based in Latam.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medius, Oracle NetSuite, SAP FI/MM, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa, Basware, Ariba, or Jaggaer.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, or other Business Intelligence reporting tools.
