What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance executives and stakeholders to address complex business and technology challenges.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Cloud Financials, aligning designs with business objectives and industry practices.
• Facilitate business process design workshops, fit-gap assessments, and executive design sessions.
• Translate requirements into scalable and integrated Oracle Cloud solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Manage functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to delivery methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of Oracle implementation experience, with 10+ years specifically in Oracle Financial applications.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Architect on global Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering 5-6 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP implementations.
• Deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Collections, Tax, and SLA.
• Two or more active Oracle Cloud Certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, and Project Finance.
• Knowledge of integration points with Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Core HR.
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Financials with non-Oracle enterprise platforms.
